HATCHET release their adrenaline-fuelled sophomore effort ‘Dawn of the End’ on The End records and it’s a high-speed ride of relentless guitars, full-throttle drums and everything you’d expect from one of the finest new thrash bands on the bay area scene.

Growing up in the San Francisco area as young metal heads, HATCHET have followed in the footsteps of the many metal pioneers who spanned the area in the 1980s. In their words, they play “Pure, Uncompromising, Bay Area Thrash Metal”, and ‘Dawn of the End’ is exactly that, but with powerful modern production.
‘Dawn of the End’ follows the band’s debut album ‘Awaiting Evil’ on Metal Blade Records, and was well-received by thrash enthusiasts around the globe. The band went on to complete three full DIY U.S. tours and despite a few lineup changes, continued to tear up stages all over the US.
