Luxury Strangers New single ‘When The Lady Takes the Blame is certainly a thing of beauty.

From the outset the deep luxurious velvety tones of Lead Singer and founder member of Luxury Stranger, Simon York hit you with force and then take you on a captivating ride.

Whilst staying true to their Alternative roots , this new material also has a frisson of invigoration about it that certainly whets the appetite for their eagerly anticipated forthcoming third album.

They’re a band that are hard to pigeon hole and you know that their influences are as extensive as they are ecelectic and a whole range of influences can be heard throughout their music from the chameleonic Bowie to the anthemic Echo and the Bunnymen and everything that’s cool inbetween and they do this whilst retaining their own individuality and style. Quite an achievement.

Its not too Late to grab a piece of Luxury Stranger action, their aforementioned new single is out now and you can catch them at one of their many gigs around the country. Their next gig is a Charity event for the MySight charity at Rough Trade Notts on October , proving that their hearts are as big as their talent. Catch them soon….you won’t regret it.
