Christmas Special Comedy night at Bartons, Chilwell, Nottingham Comedy News by Editor - November 13, 20140 Funhouse Comedy brings a Christmas Special line-up to Bartons, Chilwell, Nottingham on Saturday December 6th. Headlining is the hilarious Ivan Brackenbury. With his tales of being a hospital Radio DJ, his poorly judged dedications, come thick, fast and funny. The pregnant pauses, as he decides which song to select for which ailment keeps his audience captivated. A stay in hospital with him as the DJ would certainly be a unique experience. Supporting is the spookily skillful spirit comedian, Ian D. Montfort. An amazing deadpan pseudo-psychic who contacts dead celebrities. Having made a number of appearances on radio in February this year he had his own series, ‘Ian D Montfort is Unbelievable’ on BBC Radio 2. With his jokes and quick banter he connects with the crowd before starting to communicate with the ‘other side’. His incredible results leave his audiences gasping with incredulity. Completing the line-up will be the gently perceptive Garrett Millerick; a writer, director and comedian whose stories and irritated diatribes are compelling. Plus the engaging Matt Ewins with his humorous tales, relating his individual concerns about various things in life. Compere for the night is the exuberant and jovial Spiky Mike.
