LISTEN TO CELESTINE ON ZANE LOWE’S RADIO 1 SHOW – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzX6LAWeW10
Following on from the cult phenomenon of ‘Chevy Thunder’ and a hugely successful live jaunt around the UK on both ‘Spectour II’ and support dates with Florence + the Machine, Spector bring us yet another 21st century love song in the form of ‘Celestine’, released May 21st.
Enlisting the help of legendary producer Trevor Horn, in ‘Celestine’ Spector have created an anthem for an anthemless age, that ranks alongside his classics ‘The Look of love’, ‘Owner of a Lonely Heart’ and ‘All the Things She Said’.
2012 will also see the release of the 5-piece’s eagerly awaited debut album as well as their first live dates in North America, including two shows at the world-renowned Coachella festival. The band’s third headline UK tour to date; ‘Spectour III’ will see them play a sold-out Electric Ballroom show in May and UK, European and Japanese festivals are scheduled throughout the Summer (full dates below).
